Immunisation Data Entry Support – Greater Manchester

We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

Our team is made up of a wide range of healthcare professionals and administrative roles including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams. Our frontline teams are supported by a centralised back office function; providing executive, finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.
IntraHealth Ltd delivers immunisation and vaccination services for NHS England across several areas in the UK. Our immunisation and vaccination service has been running for 12 years and forms part of our established clinical services in the North of England.
IntraHealth are recruiting Data Entry staff to join our Immunisation & Vaccination Team in the handling of information surrounding the immunisation and vaccinations across Greater Manchester
Applicants will work within a team and support the delivery of IntraHealth’s expanding immunisation and vaccination programmes. Successful candidates will be responsible for accurate inputting of all clinical immunisation data received onto our clinical system. They will also need to communicate via telephone and email to parents/carers, schools, GP’s and any other clinical professionals, and provide assistance in other general office duties.
Candidates will have experience of working in administration and have excellent IT skills. We require enthusiastic, flexible and positive individuals who will be expected to work as part of the team.
Employees are required to follow the safety measures that will be in place as appropriate and will undertake a risk assessment.
